Quality Guaranteed 

Every item that leaves my shop is guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship for life. PERIOD.  If it breaks due to a manufacturing defect bring it back and it will be repaired or replaced, tomorrow or fifty years from now. Damage from normal wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee but I will gladly repair your item if it is repairable. 

Do you build custom items?

It’s right in the name, with a few exceptions, everything we do is custom. Your imagination is one of the only limits to what we can build. We can incorporate your name, initials, brand, business logo, whatever you can dream up. 

Do you accept returns?

Since everything we build is custom, unfortunately we cannot accept returns. 

Can I make changes to my order?

Sure! Changes are possible right up to the moment I put a knife to leather. Major changes may incur price changes if they substantially affect the design. 

How do I place an order?

The order process starts by reaching out by Email, Facebook Messenger, Text message, or phone call. We will discuss your needs and design ideas, then I will quote a price on your project. After finalizing the details of your order a 50% deposit reserves your place in the order queue with the remaining balance due upon completion of your project. 

Do you ship?

Absolutely! We have shipped projects all over the United States. Most orders ship USPS and are fully insured. 

How do I measure for a custom belt?

This may be one of the most important questions, we guarantee your belt to match the measurements that you provide but if that measurement isn’t accurate then your belt won’t fit properly.To measure your belt:Use a tape measure to measure from the end of the buckle to the hole that you currently use. If you are unsure about your measurements PLEASE ask us for more info.
